ZONE / Exit regions

Cross-Border routes: check the exit region first

110+ countries / 240+ routes. The region determines your exit location, while the route type determines the path traffic takes. Store dashboards, ad management, and content browsing each call for separate consideration; one label cannot cover every connection need.

Group routes by store use

For store dashboards, first confirm that the exit region fits your operational needs, then check whether you can complete sign-in, load pages, and upload files without interruption. For active business sessions, keeping the same exit region helps avoid repeated changes mid-task. These groups are client configuration suggestions, not a substitute for e-commerce platform account rules. Check the platform’s regional requirements and account policies separately.

For general browsing, start with a region suited to the target website. For video, also check the content catalog, account region, and playback quality. If a page loads but uploads keep failing, check your local Wi-Fi, client rules, and exit route. For a meaningful comparison, use the same device, website, and task, changing only the route so you can identify where the difference comes from.

Direct, relayed, and IEPL dedicated routes describe different connection topologies, not a fixed speed ranking for every use case. Distance, your access network, and time of day all affect performance. Keep regions that suit your business needs on your shortlist, then compare routes during actual working hours. This is more useful than judging by node names or a single download test.

Start with the task at hand and distinguish route performance, device settings, and platform rules. Select a number to read the relevant details.

Speed and peak-hour stability

Store operations depend more on sustained connections than on peak download speed in a one-off test. To assess a route during peak hours, try signing in to the dashboard, loading product pages, and uploading assets, and watch for delays or interruptions. IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct routes offer different paths, but results still depend on your local network, exit region, and destination. Compare candidate routes using the same device and task, and keep the path that completes your workflow. If only one website has an issue, check its settings and the client rules rather than assuming every problem is caused by route speed.

How to choose a service

VPNZV explains regional coverage, device access, and billing separately. Coverage helps you choose an exit region; unlimited devices helps you plan which devices to connect; data capacity helps you estimate usage. Each answers a different question. When comparing subscription services, list your regular devices, target websites, and usage hours first, then review routes and plans. Don’t rely on a single selling point to make the whole decision.

No email required; create an account with a username and password. The username field on the home page is a preview of the panel entry point. Its contents are not added to the URL and do not replace account setup inside the panel. Once in the user panel, complete account tasks and then review plans, subscriptions, and client downloads in one place.

TERMINAL / Client downloads

Clients and subscription import

Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription. The platform links below lead to the panel’s client download section. Available downloads depend on your account status and the instructions in the panel.

From import to verification

First check your plan and subscription status in the user panel, then get the client using the guide for your platform. After installation, import your subscription and wait for the route list to load. Choose an exit region that suits your target website. If the system asks you to authorize the connection, verify the app source and the permission prompt. A successful import only means the configuration is in the client; confirm that the connection is enabled and that the website works.

On desktop, check system network permissions and whether other network tools are also managing the connection. On mobile, check the current Wi-Fi network, app background status, and connection permissions. Settings are independent on each device; unlimited devices does not mean configurations sync automatically. After switching devices, recheck the subscription and current exit region instead of assuming another device’s test results still apply.

Test with websites you use regularly. Check page loading first, then tasks such as signing in, uploading, or streaming. If you cannot connect, confirm the subscription is up to date, the route is selected, and system permissions are granted; then compare another suitable route. When submitting a support ticket, describe the steps, device platform, and symptoms. This is more useful than simply saying “the connection is slow.” Don’t share subscription credentials publicly.

CAPACITY / Plan data

Monthly plans and data packages

Monthly plans provide a set data allowance each month; data packages can be used until depleted and never expire. First consider how often you connect and what you do, then compare data allowances. The number of devices alone does not determine how much data you need.

Monthly plans

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

60GB

A good fit for planning around dashboard pages, text, and light browsing. If you regularly upload assets or stream video, check your actual usage to see whether you need more data.

Monthly plans

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18/month

250GB

A good fit for combining store operations, AI tools, and everyday browsing in one monthly plan. Whether the allowance is enough depends on tasks such as asset uploads and video streaming.

Monthly plans

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28/month

500GB

A good fit for monthly use that needs room for file transfers and more browsing. A larger data allowance does not mean higher speeds; route performance should be tested on your actual network.

Billing and data capacity

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check your order and plan status in the user panel. Before choosing, review your current allowance and typical tasks rather than comparing prices alone.

Unlimited devices describes the limit on simultaneously connected devices; it does not give each device a separate data allowance. Dashboard pages, online conversations, asset uploads, and video streaming use data differently, and usage varies with your schedule. Track your usual tasks on your own devices before deciding whether to change your allowance; this is more reliable than choosing a tier based on device names.

VPNZV supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and offers a 30-day refund policy. Check payment methods and refund rules alongside your order. For questions about payment, plan status, or connections, submit a ticket through the user panel. The plans page details data allowances, billing, and refunds. The home page lists only confirmed monthly tiers and data packages, with no unconfirmed billing periods or discounts.

REFERENCE / Guides and resources

Setup, route selection, and hands-on testing

Setup guides walk you through connecting, while route-selection articles explain how to compare options. If something goes wrong, first distinguish device permissions, subscription import, route selection, and target website rules, then consult the relevant guide.

How to use these resources

For your first connection, start with the quick-start guide and complete the main steps for your account, plan, subscription, and device permissions. If you’re connected but unsure which exit to choose, read the route-selection guide. For more on protocol and path differences, see the route and protocol reference. Each resource addresses a specific question, so you can avoid getting bogged down in technical detail during setup.

Our speed-testing guides focus on repeatable comparisons, not promotional screenshots as proof. Record the test time, device, and task; distinguish page response, sustained transfers, and connection drops to assess whether a route works for you. Site articles provide setup and selection guidance. Actual plans, nodes, and client downloads are listed in the user panel.
