Service Content and Scope
VPNZV provides a network acceleration subscription service for cross-border access and access to international websites. The traffic allowance and route access available to users depend on their selected plan. Client software and subscription details are available through the user panel. Routes, protocols, and configurations currently available are as shown in the panel.
This service provides network connectivity, not third-party platform accounts, content licenses, or membership benefits. Regional rules, account eligibility, and content permissions for target websites are determined by their operators. A successful network connection does not guarantee access to every feature of a target platform.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; users can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure, and do not share them on public pages or in groups. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and request assistance through a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but access is for the account holder to use on devices they manage. Do not resell, rent out, or publicly distribute a subscription, or share account or route access for another party’s commercial use. An unlimited device count does not permit using the service as a public access resource.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When a plan is upgraded mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Requirements for Compliant Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of any region relevant to their use, as well as the service rules of target websites. Do not use this service for unlawful activity or to infringe on another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
Do not use routes for network attacks, fraud, distribution of malicious software, unauthorized system access, or spam. Do not use another person’s credentials, disrupt other users’ connections, or continuously consume shared network resources through abnormal requests. Users are responsible for their own actions and transmitted content.
Service Availability and Limits of Responsibility
Connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, egress region, target services, and time of use. Maintenance, route changes, or external network outages may interrupt connections or affect performance. VPNZV does not guarantee a fixed speed or latency, or an uninterrupted connection.
If a problem occurs, users can check their local network, update the subscription, or switch routes, then describe the issue in a support ticket. Do not include passwords or complete subscription credentials in ticket attachments. Users should back up their business data and plan carefully for tasks that depend on a continuous connection.
Changes to third-party platform content, account actions, and external network outages do not make VPNZV responsible for those matters merely because this service is used. These terms do not exclude legal responsibilities required by applicable law or restrict rights users are entitled to under the law.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund, for any reason, within 30 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel support tickets to submit a request. Include order details that can be verified so the payment can be matched to your account. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied with the service.
Refund progress is communicated through the support ticket. Do not give your account password to anyone to process a refund on your behalf. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider’s processing. These terms do not guarantee an unconfirmed arrival timeframe. Paid benefits associated with the order end once the refund is complete.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If VPNZV detects reselling, unauthorized sharing, unlawful use, or conduct that threatens network operations, it may suspend the relevant connection or account based on the risk. Following a review, access may be restored or the service terminated. Users who disagree with an action may submit an explanation through a support ticket. Account actions do not affect the right to request a refund under applicable law or these terms.
When service rules change, VPNZV will update this page and the last-updated month. Changes that affect important user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce confirmed refund rights. Review updates before continuing to use the service. If you have questions or do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to discuss next steps.
